Project Officer: Diversity and Inclusion @
ArtEZ University of the Arts Conservatorium.

September 2025 - Present. Arnhem, NL.

Leading design and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion across the projects for the Arnhem Conservatorium. For example: producing artistic-educational events, running training sessions, authoring a weekly newsletter, or balancing internal policy matters relating to student codes of conduct. In addition, being a friendly face on campus for students, faculty, and staff for connection and questions regarding D&I.


Junior Researcher @
Care and Repair, NewTexEco.

Aug. 2025 - May 2026. Arnhem, NL.

Investigated user-garment connection and textile care and repair’s role in achieving circular economy goals in fashion as part of Care and Repair, a CLICKNL Power of Design & Transitions funded project within the NWO-funded New Textile Ecosystems (NewTexEco) consortium. Primarily conducted mixed-methods field research, investigating the connections between users, their garments, and the processes of care underpinning these garments.


Literature Researcher @
DURBUS, Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

Lead research and methodological protocol for the purpose of a systematic literature review as part of the Understanding Durability in Circular Business Models (DURBUS) research group at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Structured and managed a large database of citation records, systematically tracking their origin, objects, and subjects across multiple rounds to execute a large-scale literature search to investigate the concept of durability in extant business model literature.

Production Assistant and Intern @
The Metropolitan Opera.

As a PA, supported the Metropolitan Opera’s Live in HD production team during the 23-24 season. Assembled detailed shot sheets, proofed camera edits, and time coded libretti/musical scores to ensure precise and seamless synchronization for transmission. As an intern, rotated around the Development department focusing on sepcial events, and coportate sponsorships.

Trained a group of students in qualitative methods as part of a collaboration between Radboud University’s Sustainability in the Fashion Industries course and the Care and Repair project. Led these students through practical modules on how to collect field data through interviews, ethically and safely manage participant data, and code qualitatively using grounded theory.
