Leading design and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion across the projects for the Arnhem Conservatorium. For example: producing artistic-educational events, running training sessions, authoring a weekly newsletter, or balancing internal policy matters relating to student codes of conduct. In addition, being a friendly face on campus for students, faculty, and staff for connection and questions regarding D&I.

Investigated user-garment connection and textile care and repair’s role in achieving circular economy goals in fashion as part of Care and Repair, a CLICKNL Power of Design & Transitions funded project within the NWO-funded New Textile Ecosystems (NewTexEco) consortium. Primarily conducted mixed-methods field research, investigating the connections between users, their garments, and the processes of care underpinning these garments.

Lead research and methodological protocol for the purpose of a systematic literature review as part of the Understanding Durability in Circular Business Models (DURBUS) research group at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Structured and managed a large database of citation records, systematically tracking their origin, objects, and subjects across multiple rounds to execute a large-scale literature search to investigate the concept of durability in extant business model literature.

Dit omvat bijvoorbeeld het organiseren van artistiek-educatieve evenementen, het geven van trainingen, het opstellen van een wekelijkse nieuwsbrief en het afstemmen van intern beleid met betrekking tot gedragscodes voor studenten. Onderzocht de relatie tussen gebruikers en hun kledingstukken en de rol van textielverzorging en -reparatie bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen van de circulaire economie in de mode, als onderdeel van Care and Repair, een door CLICKNL Power of Design & Transitions gefinancierd project binnen het door NWO gefinancierde consortium New Textile Ecosystems (NewTexEco). Voerde voornamelijk veldonderzoek uit met behulp van gemengde methoden, waarbij de verbanden werden onderzocht tussen gebruikers, hun kledingstukken en de verzorgingsprocessen die aan deze kledingstukken ten grondslag liggen.

Als PA ondersteunde ik het productieteam van de Metropolitan Opera’s Live in HD tijdens het seizoen 2023-2024. Ik stelde gedetailleerde shotlists op, controleerde cameramontages en voorzag libretti en partituren van tijdcodes om een nauwkeurige en naadloze synchronisatie tijdens de uitzending te garanderen. Als stagiair werkte ik afwisselend op de afdeling Ontwikkeling, waar ik me bezighield met speciale evenementen en bedrijfssponsoring.

Ik heb een groep studenten getraind in kwalitatieve onderzoeksmethoden in het kader van een samenwerking tussen de cursus ‘Duurzaamheid in de mode-industrie’ van de Radboud Universiteit en het Care and Repair-project. Ik heb deze studenten begeleid bij praktische modules over het verzamelen van veldgegevens via interviews, het ethisch en veilig omgaan met deelnemersgegevens en het kwalitatief coderen aan de hand van de grounded theory.
